Madonna, who has two natural children, ages 11 and 7, and one yet-to-be formally adopted 2-year-old from Malawi, has already embarked on her latest child seeking process.

The millionaire singer, 49, and husband GUY RITCHIE, 39, have sent aides to scour the poor Asian country for a new daughter.

I love how Madge has personal shoppers to pick out her little one like they’re picking out a Grammy Awards dress for her. If that is not a sign of an involved parent then, really, what is?
